Aeroplan, Canada’s premier travel loyalty program, needed help to redesign its Travel and Rewards Platform, improve customer experience, capture analytics, generate reports for its department and update its contact center procedures.
With a community five-million members strong, Aeroplan now has 75 world class partners representing more than 150 brands in the financial, retail, and travel sectors, and more than 170 online retail partners via the Aeroplan eStore. In 2018, Aeroplan members redeemed approximately 2.1 million flight rewards and 700,000 non-air rewards including merchandise, gift cards, hotel stays, car rentals, and more.
